30gm Besan

Whole egg 1

5gm oil

Veggies of your choice , I added onion,tomato,carrot,coriander,salt pepper

Method

Step 1

Mix Besan and whole egg make a batter of not so thick consistency

Step 2

Add spices and veggies of your choice Batter should be not very thin, add small amount of water if required

Step 3

On skillet add oil heat it and pour the batter Let it cook each side for min

Step 4

Serve with chutney or curd
