Spinach - 150gm
Potatoes- 100gm
Milk- 100ml
Ginger + garlic = 10gm
Green chilly- 1-2
Seasoning- italian, fenugreek leaves, salt
Butter- 5gm
Airfry potatoes with skin for over minutes at degree centigrade and let it cool down for sometime. Remove the skin and mash it. Alternatively, boil the potatoes and remove the outer skin and mash it and keep it aside.
Bring water to boil in the large saucepan and then switch off the flame. Add spinach leaves and turn off the flame and let it sit for about minutes until it color changes to dark green.
In a mixer, add spinach after draining out excess water, potatoes and green chillies. Add chilled water and get a nice texture mixture.
In the saucepan, add butter, cloves, bay leaf, cardamom and saute it for about minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another - minutes until it rawness disappears. Add the spinach potatoes mixture and add enough water along with milk.
Simmer the soup for about five minutes and add seasonings! Store it in the airtight container for about - days! Include greens in your diet in this amazing way!
