Poha , Suji, curd & Rai, Red chillies, curry leaves & tomatoes for chutney
Take cup poha & soak in some water in a bowl . Mix half cup curd in half cup suji in a bowl & keep for minutes rest. Now mix soaked poha with suji mix & shape it in mini idli shape. Steam for minutes. Eat it as such or sprinkle Rai & curry leaves tadka on the idlis. Now for chutney, in a tadka pan, sprinkle some olive oil, rai , garlic, curry leaves and fry it . Add some peanuts a& fry it as well. Remove it and now in this same tadka pan, fry half cut tomatoes. Grind all mixture & tomatoes in a mixer. Tangy peanut tomato chutney is ready to eat .
