Wheat flour- 30gm
Salt- 0.5 tsp
Yeast instant- 1gm
Sugar - 1 gm
Water - 20ml
Chicken breast- 100gm
Cheese- 10gm
Mayonnaise- 1tsp/10g
Ketchup- 10gm
Veggies- corn, carrots, capsicum (all 50gm)
Dried oregano- a pinch
Butter - 1gm
Pizza dough- Mix wheat flour, salt, yeast, sugar in a bowl and make a well in between. Add lukewarm water and knead the dough for - minutes until it’s smooth or spring back when finger is inserted. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for - minutes atleast.
Meanwhile, marinate the chicken cubes with lime juice, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, tandoori masala (red chilly powder, cumin powder, chat masala, cinnamon powder) and salt for minutes and cook it in the airfryer for - minutes or until it’s seared.
Spread out the dough on the round baking tray or even a steel plate accompanied by brushing with butter and give a round shape by pressing it down. Now use fork to run along the pizza base and airfry it for about minutes at degrees C. It should be half cooked.
Now, lay out the pizza base, top it with mayonnaise and ketchup and grated cheese (half). Further, add chicken cubes, veggies and remaining cheese. Sprinkle oregano and again airfry it for minutes at deg C. Voila pizza is ready!
