Pizza Sauce: In gm of olive oil, add a clove of garlic, chopped tomatoes and onion. Cover it and allow it to cook well. Once mushy, add salt and some oregano, chili flakes. Allow it to cool down Take wheat flour, add gm of olive oil to it and gm curd. Form a dough. Add some water if needed. Cover it and allow it to set for mins. —> Roll the dough into desired shape —> Spread the pizza sauce over it —> Add choice of veggies. I used broccoli, bell peppers, some olives —> Add paneer and cheese —> Bake it in oven at C for - mins —> Season it with oregano, chili flakes, ketchup and enjoy!!
