Who says DIET is boring??? Piri-Piri Chicken Pasta , all ingredients as per diet chart .. Recipie below Diet chart : gms pasta gms chicken gms ghee/butter Milk gms Green veggies Refined wheat flour(Maida) Step : Boil gms Pasta until cooked Step : Take a pan and use gms butter/ghee to saute chopped garlic until the color changes. Step : Put the marinated chicken in the pan & cover it up until % cooked. Step : Add green veggies veggies and onion to it Add some salt, oregano, chili flakes and piri piri powder as per taste, mix them well and cover it up till the veggies are %cooked. Step : take another pan and put gms ghee/butter. Step : Add gms maida and roast it for some time. Step : Add milk as per your requirement of sauce and cook until it becomes white sauce. Step : Add the boiled pasta and let it cook for to minutes. Step : meanwhile check if the veggies and chicken are cooked. If yes , then pour the veggies into the pasta pan and mix it well. Step : Add oregano, chili flakes and piri piri powder if required. Step : Chicken Pasta is ready to eat. For chicken Marination Step : Wash the chicken nicely Step : Add, garlic paste, oregano and lil chilli flakes. Mix well and cover for hours.
