Penne wheat Pasta - 40gms
Vegetables (brocolli, babycorn, bell peppers) -100gms
Onion - 50gms
Tomato - 50gms
Ginger and garlic - 5 gms each
Spices and herbs - salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, orgeno
Oil used - 10gms
Boil pasta in cooker upto whistles in medium flame . Take oil and fry onion,garlic and tomato till onion and tomato are soft and then allow it cool down and blend it in mixer jar to a smooth paste. . Take oil in a pan to saute all the vegetables. Add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and orgeno. Remove the veggies after bit soft and keep aside. . In the same pan add the smooth paste and gms of curd, little bit of chilly powder, salt as per taste and stir it for - minutes and then add the boiled pasta and cover it cook for - mintues and then add the sauteed veggies and cook for minutes. . Finally add cheese slice and serve hot.
