1 Medium Onion finely chopped
1 Medium Tomato finely chopped
3 Green Chilles
4-5 Garlic
5 GMs Ghee
Salt to taste
Garam Masala half tble spoon, Dry Mango Powder pinch is all required and Red Chilli powder as per your preference.

Bay Leaf 1 and Jeera half table spoon
Boil the Gms chick peas and should be well cooked. Add gms ghee to Kadhai Add Bay Leaf and Jeera to hot ghee. Then add onion and saute well till golden brown Then add tomato all finely chopped. Let it get well cooked. Once the onion and tomato are well cooked add all the masalas and leave it for - mins to simmer so that all masalas are well cooked and soaked in the mixture. Later, add the boiled chick peas and add some water as per your wish to have the consistency of the gravy. Cover the vessel and let the magic begin... After mins turn off the gas and open the lid after mins so that the flavors are well absorbed. Voila !!! Ready to Serve. You can have it with plain rice or Chapati.
