300 g - Chicken thigh boneless
2 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
2 tsp - ground black pepper
5 g - Ghee or olive oil
A handful of mint leaves and curry leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
In a blender, blend the curry leaves and mint leaves adding a small amount of water. Take it out in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Let it marinade for - hours (in fridge). When ready to cook, preheat oven to F ( C) and bake for mins. If using chicken breast then cook for mins. Alternatively, cook in a pan/kadhai.
