Rice 80g

oil 6g

Peanut butter 30g

Veggies of choice

Sauces of choice

Method

Step 1

Boil rice in a pan and stir fry veggies in a separate pan

Step 2

Mix Peanut Butter , soya sauce , vinegar , chilly sauce add little water and mix it with veggies once it is done

Step 3

Add boiled rice , salt , black pepper in veggies

Step 4

Serve hot and enjoy rice with twist of peanut butter
