Method: . Steam cauliflower broccoli ( can just use one of these as well) . In a pan sautĆ© chopped onions and chopped garlic with very little oil. Cook it for sometime till itās soft and cool it. . ā In a blender add: cooked onion garlic, steamed cauliflower/brocolli, paneer, soaked cashews, Italian seasoning as per taste. Chilli flakes and salt. Cheese if required. Blend everything to smooth paste. Your sauce is ready. . In another pan saute veggies of choice (eg: bell peppers , onions, mushrooms, broccoli, carrot etc). Once these are cooked add the pasta sauce, and cooked pasta. Mix well. Add salt and water(can use the pasta water) to adjust consistency. . ā i usually top it with crushed pepper for extra spice, u can add or avoid according to taste. Also sometimes i add cheese on top, u can add or avoid. Pasta ready š Serves -
