Ingredients

Red lentil Pasta (90 gms)

Any zero calorie pasta sauce

Mushrooms (120 gms) capsicum and broccoli (100 gms)

Cheese (40 gms)

Ghee (10 gms)

Method

Step 1

Boil hot water and cook your pasta, don’t overcook

Step 2

Add gms of ghee and throw in mushrooms, capsicum and veggies into the pan and roast them

Step 3

Now add calorie sauce and cheese to it and let it melt

Step 4

Now add in your pasta and mix the whole Ingredients well
