Greek yogurt ( nonfat) 100 gm Tamarind chatni ( ready made) 10 gm Green chatni ( home made) 1 spoon Masala papdi( ready made) 20 gm Potatoes 50 gm Onions 50 gm Tomato 50 gm Cucumber 50 gm Pomegranate ( few seeds) optional ) Chat masala Salt Splenda ( any sweetener) Cumin powder ( roasted)

Method

Step 1

Blend yoghurt with salt, sweetener, cumin powder, chat masala and keep aside.. Boil and chop potato in cubes. Chop onions, tomatoes, cucumber and keep aside. Assembling of chat:- Pour yogurt into a plate or tray, put boiled potatoes, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers on top of it.. Add Tamarind and green chatni on top of the mixture.. Add some chat masala, cumin powder, salt Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top of it to decorate.. Now Adjust masala papdi ( I used ready made) around the mixture in tray ( same as in picture) .. Enjoy papdi chat guilt free..
