For Panjiri Wheat flour 100g Sugar 50g Ghee 5gm
For Panchamrut Milk 100ml Curd 50g Ghee 1ml Sugar 20g Honey 5ml
For Panjiri : Dry roast wheat flour with ghee in simmer flame until it turns brown and aromatic. Let it cool down completely. Then add sugar (coarsely ground). For Charnamrut : In a long jar add milk, curd, sugar, ghee and honey. Give it a good whisk and let the Sugar dissolve.
