In oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, capsicum and tomatoes. * Add haldi, red chilli pd, Schezwan chutney, pasta seasoning or any other spices of your choice. * Cook for sometime and add grated paneer n salt. Can add some garam masala for a desi twist. * Cut roti at the centre /th of way, can spread Schezwan chutney or pasta pizza sauce. * Place a portion of paneer mixture in a quarter, fold, can add cheese, raw capsicum/onion in the other quarters. * Brush lightly with ghee and grill.
