100 grams low fat paneer
20 grams hung curd
5 grams Roasted besan
5 ml oil
Spices like degi mirch, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt, chaat masala as per taste.
Marinate the paneer cubes in hung curd, roasted besan and all the above mentioned spices.
Keep it aside for - min and than you can grill it in OTG or air fry or simply on your non stick pan.
Squeeze some lemon juice and enjoy it with onion rings and coriander chutney.
