150 gm Curds for Marinate
100 gm Gram Flour
15 ml Oil
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice, Nutmeg crushed, Chat Masala, Garam Masala, Ginger/Garlic paste, Salt
Take Paneer, Onion, Capcicum Cut into Cubes Afterwards take a Sweaker or Tooth pick hold the Paneer Cubes and Onion, Capcicum Cubes into the Tooth pic Stick
For Marinating: Take a Bowl add gm Curd then add all the Ingredients Gram flour , Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder Spoon,Red food Colour / Spoon, Crushed Nutmeg Powder/ Spoon,Lemon juice, Roasted Zeera Powder Spoon, Mustard oil Spoon, Black Pepper Powder Spoon,Chat Masala Spoon, Garam Masala Spoon, Ginger Garlic Paste Spoon,Salt to taste.
Now Mix all ingredients together to make a smooth paste.Dip all the Paneer and Veggie Sticks into the paste and keep aside for hour to Marinate.
Now Take a Griller Pan Grease it with any Cooking Oil.Place the Paneer Tikka sticks in Equal Distance.Cook on medium flame to all the sides.. Spread oil to all sides..make it Crispy
Now Serve it hot to the Plater with any Chutney or Sauce
