Paneer

Capsicum

Method

Step 1

Cut grams paneer into cube sizes and put in a bowl

Step 2

Add cut tomato, onion and capsicum into it

Step 3

Add salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, curd and mix well to marinate the paneer

Step 4

Take a pan on gas stove and add gram of oil into it. Put jeera and ajvain. Put gm gram flour and let it heat on low flame.

Step 5

Pour it into the bowl with marinated paneer and mix well

Step 6

Preheat the oven for around min and cook the marinated paneer in it for around - mins

Step 7

Add chaat masala to the paneer and serve hot
