Soak rice in warm water for - minutes. In oil/butter add garlic tomato paste add rest vegetables salt as per taste n Lil pav bhaji masala ... Add for gms rice add ml water.. take vessel Drain all the extra water. Then add extra pav bhaji masala and paneer cubes to rice .. keep on steam for minutes .. grate cheese cube serve hot
