Paneer 100gm

Soya chunks Powered 50gm

Atta 70gm

Method

Step 1

Mix powdered soya with atta.

Step 2

Knead the flour with little warm water.

Step 3

Use a rolling pin lightly to make chapati.

Step 4

Crush the paneer, add red chilli, black salt, white salt and masala.

Step 5

Fill the stuffing in samosa pocket.

Step 6

Bake smosa at °C for min and flip in between.

Step 7

Serve it warm and crispy with tomato catch up.
