Paneer 200g

Tomato 50g
Spices-salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya-jeera powder,kasuri methi and fresh coriander leaves
Soak soya granules in water and keep aside. In a pan add olive oil, add jeera and let it crackle. Add onion and sauté for min. Add tomato green chilli if u like. Sauté for min. Add the dry spices. Squeeze water from granules and add to this pan. Cover and cook for min. Meanwhile crumble paneer. Now add crumbled paneer to the pan cook for - min. Add kasuri methi and fresh coriander.
