Carrot, corn, onion, green chillies, capsicum, salt
Soak soya chunks in hot water. Mix sooji, curd, water and salt. Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies, carrot, boiled corn to it. Squeeze soya and add to the batter. Now grate paneer into the batter. Let the batter rest for - mins. Keep batter little thick in consistency. Now grease your pan with oil and add the batter, cook it from both the sides. It is ready to eat with chutney/ curd.
