Milk- 200ml
Paneer - 50g
Cardamom powder- a pinch
Nutmeg powder- a pinch
Kesar - 4-5 strands
Sweetener- as per the taste
Bring milk to boil and then continue simmering for about - minutes while scraping from the sides.
Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and kesar and whisk it nicely and simmer for - minutes.
Add grated paneer and sweetener and continue cooking it until it’s of medium consistency. note: have used homemade paneer. If you use low fat the consistency might be different.
