Cut bread in circular shapes.
In a bowl, add shredded paneer, salt, black pepper powder, dried oregano. Add chopped bell peppers in it. The same can also be prepared by swapping paneer with grilled minced chicken, soya or tofu
In a toaster, add butter and place the bread. Add the stuffing and cover by bread on top. Grill for a few seconds.
Open the toaster and add boiled sweet corn & bell pepper on top. Grill it again for a few more seconds. Grilling duration depends on your preference .
Once done, lay a bed of veggies (optional) and serve the sandwich hot with creamy peanut butter.
