100 grams paneer

100 grams mushroom

100 grams bell peppers

5 grams butter

120 grams cooked rice

Salt and pepper as per taste

Coriander , mint and green chilli for Chutney

Method

Step 1

Sauté chopped garlic in g of butter

Step 2

Now add finely chopped mushrooms. Once it is golden brown, add bell peppers and then Paneer cubes

Step 3

Add salt and pepper as per your taste and add home-made coriander and mint Chutney

Step 4

And now finally, add boiled rice to the mixture. Cover it for to minutes and it’s ready.
