Cucumber 100 gm
Salt, pepper, lemon juice and herbs for seasoning as per taste.
Heat ghee in a pan, sauté chopped onion and tomato.
Add salt, pepper and herbs of your choice, mix everything well.
When the onion and tomato are cooked well, add paneer cubes and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for - minutes on sim flame.
Meanwhile chop cucumber and place them in a bowl or plate.
Remove the sautéed paneer from the pan and spread it over the chopped cucumber.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the paneer and cucumber and mix well. Serve hot.
