For the sandwich filling In a bowl add the first ingredients, and give it a good mix. You can eat it as salad only and skip the sandwich part if you want. Place a cheese slice on both the bread slices and microwave them for sec. Place the filling on one bread slice on the melted cheese and cover it with the other bread slice. Tada, it is ready 🌸🌸
