30 grams sooji/ semolina
60 grams paneer
5 grams oil
Salt and pepper as per taste
Chopped onions and coriander as per your likings.
Make fresh paneer at home and without straining it keep it aside.
Now take sooji and add the paneer and it’s water to it and make a batter with flowy consistency
Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Spray some oil on pan and pour the liquid like mini chillas and before flipping top it up with some chopped onion and coriander.
Once it’s cooked from both the sides serve it with some more grated paneer and chaat masala with some tomato & coriander chutney.
