Ingredients

100 grams low fat paneer ( cow milk)

100 grams broccoli

100 grams boiled potato

5 grams olive oil

Basic spices like- Cummin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala , peri peri, salt and pepper.

Method

Step 1

Steam the broccoli and grind it to make a purée

Step 2

Crush the paneer with boiled potato and mix all the spices with broccoli puree.

Step 3

All the three ingredients I.e broccoli purée, paneer and boiled potato should be at room temperature or cold but not warm.

Step 4

Make small patties of the batter and sauté it on a pan in ml oil or butter.

Step 5

Serve it with hung curd dip and thecha. You will love it.
