Ghee 15 gms
Step : Cut paneer in your small cubes and same way cut broccoli into small florets,place a nonstick flat pan in your cooking unit and put gms ghee in it. Let the ghee heat and put your diced paneer cube to fry . Add turmeric and red Chilli powder and mix it uniformly. When the paneer turns slight brownish take it down in a small container.
Step : Now place back again the same frypan with remaining ghee in it as paneer hardly soak any ghee, add remaining ml ghee and let it heat again. Now while the ghee heat take a small bowl and whisk curd with ginger paste , red chilly powder, cumin powder. Make a uniform mixture. As the pan is heated now put bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamom in the ghee. Let it pop and add mixture of curd and stir continuously let it not curdle. Add diced broccoli in to it, and at last paneer to it . You can add salt now.Cover it for - mins.Now switch off the gas and add a bit of sweetener or stevia according to your taste. Serve hot with rice or roti.
