Bread :- 2 slice paneer :- 50gm Onion:- 50gm Ghee:- 3gm chat masala,salt, cumin powder, chilli flakes

Method

Step 1

Crush Paneer . Mix paneer with chopped onion, Salt and all spices.. . Cut the sides of bread. . Wet the bread with water and put the paneer filling in it. . Shape it in oval or circle..as the bread is wet,it will easily get rolled. . Brush it with ghee and put it in the oven or air fryer at degree for minutes. . Remove it, once it turned golden brown and enjoy with coriander chutney or ketchup..

You will get Paneer rolls out of these quantity.. You can mix other veggies along with paneer..
