Momos: 35g wheat flour + pinch salt + ½ tsp oil + water → knead dough. Stuffing: Heat ½ tsp oil → add ginger, chili, onion, tomato, capsicum → sauté 2–3 min → add 40g crumbled paneer, salt, pepper, coriander → cook 2 min.
Momos: Roll small discs, fill with stuffing, fold & seal → steam – min. Sauce: Sauté clove garlic → add tsp soy, tsp chili, ½ tsp jaggery, tbsp water → simmer – min → garnish coriander.
