Bread slices : 2

Paneer : 50g

Tomato : 100g

Onion : 100g

Capsicum : 50g

Ghee : 5g

Method

Step 1

) Take half of ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Step 2

) Now add onion and tomato in a pan and fry them.

Step 3

) Add capsicum and fry them.

Step 4

) Now mix all the spices in the mixture and add paneer and fry it.

Step 5

) Now add this bhurji in between the breads and toast it.

Step 6

) Sandwich is ready to serve. Enjoy.
