Basic spices like cumin powder, chaat masala , salt n pepper.
5 grams olive oil
Make a fine batter of besan and rice flour with basic spices like a dash of turmeric powder, salt, chat masala and black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients in water but the consistency should be similar to that of Dosa batter.
Make it rest for to minutes and then you can make the Chilla and prepare a filling of Paneer with the basic spices and grate some cheese. And enjoy it with your favourite Chutney.
