Whey unflavoured- 1 scoop
Banana 50gm
Spinach - hand full
Salt -1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tbsp
Butter - 10gm
Maple syrup - 1 spoon
Mango diced - 100gm
In a blender add oats, banana, spinach, whey, baking powder, salt, milk and blend on high speed for smooth consistency.
Now heat the pan on medium flam and pour your pancake batter. And cook it from both sides.
After you are done cooking, lets assemble it. In a plate, take pancakes and apply butter and drizzle some maple syrup and mango.
TIP - To keep pancakes warm while you cook, place them on a baking sheet or oven-safe platter in a degree oven until you're ready to serve—it makes all the difference.😉
