Grilled Chicken: ( Marination) In tbsp curd, tsp salt, Red chilli powder, Everest chicken tandoori masala, lime juice tsp. Whisk till smooth. Put g chicken pieces in this mixture, for min- hr in fridge. (Cooking) Heat Non stick grill/tawa on high flame Brush g ghee/oil on hot pan Put the chicken pieces on pan in medium flame for approx -mins. Flip when brown from one side. When brown from both sides, switch off flame and cover with a lid for mins. Beans: Heat tsp oil in a big pan. Add garlic cloves, onion and saute till light brown Add tomatoes chopped into medium size Stir fry till tomatoes turn soft Add all spices - chilli powder, turmeric, jeera powder, coriander powder, amchur. Stir and mix all ingredients Add g chopped beans of your choice Cover the lid and cook in steam for mins at medium flame. Grilled eggs: Take boiled eggs and cut into pieces Brush the pan with butter/oil/ghee Roast the eggs for mins Serve with chicken and beans above.
