Besan/Chickpea Flour 120 gms
Rava/ Semolina 30 gms
Chopped Spinach 100 gms
Grated Carrot 100 gms
Sesame Seeds 5 gms
Carrom Seeds 5 gms

Spices - Termeric, Red chilli powder, Dhania Powder
Salt as per taste
Chopped Garlic pods 4
Chopped Onion 100 gms
In a vessel, mix all the veggies.
Add the mentioned spices, salt, garlic, sesame n carrom seeds
Now add besan and rava to this mixture
Add water to this mixture to create batter like consistency
On a preheated pan, apply some ghee and pour this batter
Cook it covered and turn the Pudla once cooked from one side.
