split moong daal 20gm rice 40gm boiled and pureed spinach tomato 🍅1 🧅 onion 1 🧄 garlic 33 pods ghee 10gm
Soak dal and rice for half an hour . wash boil and puree and the spinach. . pressure cook dal and ice with little hing and salt together. . now in pan add some ghee jeera garlic. Now add onion and tomato. . Mix the spinach puree in tadka. . Add the above tadka in cooker and mix well for sometime. Adjust the water.
