Palak 200gms

Chole 100gms

Garlic 4-5 cloves

Ginger

Tomatoes 100gms

Green chilies 2-3

Salt

Red chilly powder

Coriander powder

Ghee 10gms

Method

Step 1

Rinse and then soak dried white chickpeas overnight or for to hours. . Add salt and pressure cook the chickpeas. . Boil Palak for approximately mins . Grind tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilies together. . Grind Palak . Heat gms ghee in a pan, add grinded tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilies. . Add salt, chilly powder as per taste. . Keep the same on a low flame for about minutes. . Add grinded Palak and stir well. . Add boiled chickpeas, coriander powder and stir well. . Keep it on a slow flame for mins
