Chicken 150gm Palak 100gm Oil 15 ml Curd 20gm Garam masala 1tsp Cumin powder 1/2tsp Green cardamom 4 Cloves 2 Cinnamon 1 Black pepper 5 Cumin seeds 5gm Turmeric powder 1/2tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tsp Corainder powder 1tsp Crushed Ginger 1tsp Crushed Garlic 1tsp Green Chillies paste 1tsp Little fried onion Salt
Marinate the chicken piece with items specified. Mix and set aside for minutes.
Now slice the onions and fry till golden brown.
Now peel and Crushed Ginger and Garlic.
Also cut and crush or green chillies wash, pat dry and slice the spinach leaves.
Heat the oil add whole garam masalas.
Also add cumin seeds when splutter give a stir,. Now add crush ginger and garlic, give a mix and fry .
Now add spice powder and little water and fry on medium heat till oil separates.
Next add Crushed green chillies and mix and fry.
Now add marinated chicken and fry on for to minutes.
Next add Crushed fried onion and give a mix. Fry on till oil separates.
Add the sliced palak, give a mix and cover and cook on medium heat.
Remove lid, add water give a mix and cover and cook for to minutes. Serve hot.
