Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 8gms
Curd- 85gms
Whey protein powder - 1 scoop (unflavoured from The Whole Truth)
Coffee- 1 shot espresso or 25ml water+instant coffee
Sweetner- to taste
Vanilla essence - few drops
In a mixer jar add oats, milk, whey protein powder, half the quantity of unsweetened cocoa powder, coffee shot, few drops of vanilla essence, and sweetener to taste.
Blend everything together.
Transfer in a bowl or jar. Cover and refrigerate it for overnight.
In the morning, take a mixing bowl add curd, a few drops of vanilla essence, and sweetener. Mix everything together and evenly layer it over the oats.
Sprinkle the remaining quantity of unsweetened cocoa powder on the top. Voila! Enjoy the delicious dessert for your breakfast.
