*Chicken -100gms *Brocoli-40gms *Mushrooms-40gms -Onion-50gms -Coconut Milk-25ml -Salt to taste -pinch of pepper powder -chilly flakes to sprinkle

Method

Step 1

Method Cut chicken in cubes and onion in slices put together with / cup of water add salt as per taste and let the chicken cook completely Boil water separately in another utensils once water is boiled add mushrooms and broccoli and keep it for about mins then remove and strain it. Now add the coconut milk in the boiled onion chicken and add the mushrooms and broccoli and bring it to a boil. If required add water as required. Once it’s boiled switch off the gas. Pour the soup in the bowl and sprinkle chilly flakes and pinch of pepper. The yummy onion chicken soup is ready to be served
