Silken tofu 400g
Vegetables of choice
Italian seasoning
Chilli flakes
Mix silken tofu, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and Italian seasoning in a mixer jar to make a thick paste without added water.
Add vegetables of choice to a baking dish. I've used capsicum, green onions, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and cabbage.
Preheat oven.
Pour the tofu mixture over the vegetables and mix well.
Bake at °C for minutes until fully cooked.
Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!
