- Potatoes 150g - Low fat paneer 100g - Mixed veggies 200g - Olive oil 5g - Condiments of choice
Method : - Heat some olive oil in a pan - Boil and cut some cubes of potato & add it to the pan - Once the potato starts browning, add your veggies - Add salt & other condiments of choice ( I added a barbecue spice ) & mix it thoroughly - Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on a low flame for minutes - Add cubes of paneer and mix evenly - Switch off the gas and add a dash of lime and toss it one last time - You may chop some fresh parsley & garnish
