Oats-40gms Moong daal-25gms Bitter gourd-50gms Chicken-92gms Purple cabbage-40gms
Spices: Coriander powder, cumin powder, chiliy powder,turmeric powder and garam masala, asafoetida Salt as per taste
**Oats Cabbage 🥬 kichadi Soak moong daal overnight. Take a pot add soaked moong daal,water,salt and asafoetida and let it cook once it’s cooked add oats and keep it for mins, after oats it done add the cabbage add chili turmeric,cumin and coriander powder and little garam. Stir it for -mins and switch off the gas **Chicken tikka Take chicken marinade it with chilly,turmeric,garam masala and salt keep it for -mins after that put the chicken pieces in air fryer at degrees for mins and it’s ready **Kurkure Karela Take the bitter gourd cut it in round circle remove the seeds and then apply chilly powder,cumin, coriander and turmeric powder, add some salt and if required garam masala coat it nicely put it in air fryer for degrees and fry it for mins they are now ready
