Oats - 100 grams
Urad dal - 30 grams
Soya bean - 15 grams
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Rice powder - 30 grams
Wash and soak Oats overnight.
Wash all the urad / soya / Fenugreek and soak them over night. ( Alteast hours)
Grind together all the ingredients with rice powder and salt. Consistency should be similar to dosa batter.
Let it rest for mins.
Pour thick or thin dosa, as per your preference.
