STEPS: . Take a bowl . Add powdered oats, rice flour, salt as per taste and mix well . Now add room temperature water and mix well without lumps . Leave the batter for - mins . Now take a pan , Heat well, grease some oil . Pour the batter on hot pan and wait till the dosa is crispy . Flip the sides if required or take it out as it is and serve with any chutney of your choice NOTE: NUTRITION HERE IS ONLY FOR OATS DOSA
