Oats 30g

Cottage Cheese 60g

Onion 20g

Bell pepper 20g

Tomato 20g

Green chilli 1

Cilantro 10g

Turmeric to taste

Chilli powder to taste

Salt to taste

Oil 5g

Method

Step 1

Blend together oats and cottage cheese with a little water to form a batter like consistency.

Step 2

Transfer batter to a bowl and add the chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Mix well

Step 3

Heat you waffle maker or a pan. And a little bit of oil

Step 4

Add your batter and cook it to the crispiness you prefer.

Step 5

Eat as it is or enjoy with a sauce of your choice
