Rolled oats -30g ,banana -1/2
dates - 2 small ,almonds soaked -5
2squared -90%sugarfree dark chocolate
1/3tsp -baking powder,15mp -water
1tsp cocoa powder, pinch salt ,vanilla extract -2g
Take a blender and add all above ingredients (except almonds and dark chocolate squares) and blend all of it for a min
Now tranfer the blended mixture into a ramekin and top it with crushed almonds n insert dark chocolate
place the ramekin in a pre heated oven and bake it at C for mins and once done cool it down n njoy it
