Dry roast oats, almonds and cashews. Once cool grind into powder and keep aside. . Grate carrots and mix with milk. Cook until milk is absorbed completely. Let it cool. . Now add whey, and oats with nuts to carrots and mix well. . Make balls. And roll them into desiccated coconut. And voilà your energy bites are ready 💁🏻♀️
